Simply Sophisticated.

Ever hear the saying good things take time? Like any fine wine that gets better with age, so to does the value of vintage cars. Their unique driving feel coupled with their rarity makes ownership of vintage automobiles a pleasurable experience. Although, vintage car ownership can be an acquired taste one thing is certain

Their designs are timeless.

StatsAuto is pleased to present a recent experience visiting a vintage car dealership in Berlin, Germany. Located in an old rail way station dating back to the 1920s, this dealership can make any car enthusiast feel like a kid in a candy shop.

From the moment we walked in we were speechless. The aura in the air made you feel like you are in a special place.

The rarity of seeing two white Lamborghini Countachs beside each other can almost be considered a once in a lifetime opportunity for a most people.

An in-house mechanic shop that is as clean and organized as any German office. Lucky owner having his Jaguar E-type in for an inspection. Arguably one of the most beautiful cars of all time.

Stored away behind a glass case are people's private car collections.

You know all those mutual fund and stock you own? These individuals shelter their capital in vintage cars and store them away.

On the left are automobiles for sale and on the right are private collections....see that silver car on top of the red Ferrari? It's a 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300SL....the original gull wing door car. A similar version recently sold at auction for over $4,000,000 USD.

Each vintage car tells a story, and there were hundreds to look at....

Remember Leonardo DiCaprio's car from the Wolf of Wall street? Here it is (well not the exact one he drove but, you know what I mean). A beautiful white 1986 Lamborghini Countach with a stunning red leather interior. Listed price $670,000 USD.

Each car got our attention...having the opportunity to see rare vintage cars from Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Porsche, Ford demanded our respect.

Anywhere we went there was a special vibe in the air. Even the sales offices had unique twists. One would expect Germany to have to coolest dealership in the world - and they did not disappoint.

This dealership made you feel like you were in a remarkable place, where time doesn't exists and the beauty is timeless. A place where the automobile- a feat of human engineering - can be safely housed for decades to come and one day be enjoyed by a very lucky buyer.

StatsAuto will certainly be back!
